Speaker 2:

Can you see me too? Yeah, so you can see me, and there's a little screen. Yeah, I did.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, you're on. I have these hooked up on two different eye clouds. So, on this, I thought this is like my phone Over here and this stuff is. Oh, let's see, maybe I can send you.

Speaker 1:

They don't do it like you know. They got like change your eye optics for it to work it's. It recognizes your eyes in there. It knows it's you I.

Speaker 2:

Get it man. You can afford some Apple vision pros.

Speaker 1:

No.

Speaker 2:

You can stop flexing the features in my face, man you can afford them.

Speaker 1:

You just don't want to for them. But you can get the same experience that I got by goes to the Apple store.

Speaker 2:

That was out of the you man that was. That was the Dwayne Wade to shack or my Kobe to shack or no the way we the which one?

Speaker 1:

the photo, because that was the way way to, yeah he loves it.

Speaker 2:

That's the way it's like the walker I'll be J with the. That's.

Speaker 1:

LBJ. I got a hot sake LBJ. So I see what you did here.

Speaker 2:

Let's see what you do dear, because they played together. Huh See, that's why I'm fucked up. I forgot the Bronnan Andy Wade played with.

Speaker 1:

That's like big brawn. That's back with brown.

Speaker 2:

Yeah right, that was years ago, man, but yeah, that was a lot. By just through you freaking, I'm juiced up. I'm juiced up to be back here. Uh, which you DJ? We're back on a little consistent cadence here. Yes, um, yeah, and boy, do we have Some shit to talk about today. First off, free agency. Free agency rumors are floating. There's some dudes without contracts and Folks are wondering if their teams will retain them or not. We got a Patrick Queen, the Baltimore Ravens. We got Kirk Cousins, minnesota Vikings. I got Chris Jones, the chiefs, chidobia Woozy with the bangles, your teammate. We got a lot of a lot of folks, man, and you are also Due to be a free agent, correct? What is your Experience? What has your experience been? Maybe just like paint the picture of the experience as a free agent to the audience. Who's listening? Who just don't know?

Speaker 1:

I think like it depends on what situation you're in. Honestly, the first time it was like scary, you don't know that what's gonna happen. I was like young just coming off the first four years be Houston. So I'm kind of in that limbo, like we are where I'm gonna be at, like am I gonna be back? This is a third, like we in the middle of co-cook, but this time I think it's a little more chill on my end. I just not knowing when it is but knowing that I'll have an opportunity hopefully and I'm just kind of excited about that point.

Speaker 1:

Man, I've been playing ball for a long time but it's also just it's hard like you know you out there, you playing your heart out and you don't know what's gonna happen next. But you know you, hopefully, you set yourself up for opportunity to be. You want to be where. Yet obviously, just what everybody wants to be, where they are. I mean you played four years there or however long you play there, unless you just in a bad situation. You know I'm saying like most people who are comfortable with the guys or family, the families that they got going on. So I think that's the hardest part having to maybe Pick up and move your family and do this and but you're also gonna change the change in families lives, especially for those guys who are big for agents out there. You know sex there's always yin and yang to it, but you know there's a lot of guys on that list. That team got makes decisions about a lot of guys who like key pieces of those teams specifically and it's gonna be interesting to see what goes on?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I think that's. That's an insight that maybe not everybody has, especially fans. Is that more times than not, when a guy enters free agency, the hope is to stay at home?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's a which your organization yeah that's the hope to get taken care of and stay at home. You know I mean like right you open up your cake and eat it too. You try and eat a double whammy, but a lot of times when you hit free agency, that's not necessarily our gobs.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah at the end of the day, yeah, you gotta look out for yourself, you gotta look out for your family, and the highest bidder has carries the most weight at the table. Sometimes and sometimes the Organization that you're currently with they're nowhere close to being the highest bidder, and so that's what prompts a departure. Yeah, it makes sense, but you know, I think that, uh, then, not all the time the fans don't understand like, yeah, I want to be here, y'all just ain't trying to pay me.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, the fans are always getting you with that. You couldn't take it like. Alright, let's say it was your job. Sorry, I had to get the charge from my heart here. Let me plug in, plug in. Let's say it was your job. Mm-hmm, would you take multiple Millions less to do like I don't Get fans like, and I like I understand their hearts in it. Like they asked guys like us, random guys, like usually teams aren't super far off. So I mean, honestly, they're still asking a lot because you know, like I know, if it was they damn money, they taking up every little piece of set that they could get. I promise you, if it was certain people's money, they 100,000, 200,000, I don't care what it is, I'm going to get this money 100% but like there's situations where it makes sense and it does, yeah.

Speaker 1:

I gotta calculate those things and hands also ask guys to make that kind of decision. They don't know how fast it goes. Like three agency goes fast. Money gets taken up in minutes.

Speaker 1:

Like if not this isn't like you've got hours to sit and make these decisions. There's guys who like Are you got this team, this team, this team interested? You got 15 minutes, like you know. I'm saying like that, like things are going, they're trying to make teams, we're trying to make decisions on players and you see the most deals done on day one. Like people, don't try to make into the deep days of free agency without getting signed.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and you're in your last Experience in free agency, when you left out of Houston, obviously had a great career in Houston. Then you hit free agency for the first time. What was the process with it? Was it clear like, okay, cincinnati, we go into the jungle, they're the best?

Speaker 1:

Hands down. It wasn't. I was like one of those guys like, oh, I don't know nothing about this, like I might think less money go to Denver, buffalo, then Mike Stefan D's will end up going to Buffalo for those two kicks. Buffalo call back like, oh, we don't got that kind of money. Now we got something to it. And then it was like our Denver, cincinnati, joe Burrow, drew Lock. I was like I mean, I don't know nothing about Drew Lock either, but I know Joe Burrow was out there just doming him up a minute ago. Hey, you got about 10 minutes, let's go. We going Cincinnati, they got some pieces, we can figure it out.

Speaker 2:

That's really literally. Had it all happened in a matter of what? An hour, 30 minutes max.

Speaker 1:

Really, max, that's just like the stock market. You sit there.

Speaker 2:

That's right.

Speaker 1:

You got five, five, five, ten, ten. Okay, we got ten. Trying to mention that because you and your agent communicate. He's calling back. What do you? What he can get with this in the third. You're sitting there, all right. You think you got a solid decision. I swear this.

Speaker 1:

The step on digs thing happened. He called. I was like damn, whatever, bro. Like just, he's like I try. I was like all right. Then he's like dude, dj, he goes hold on, let's think about this. He goes that's like $6 million at the end of your deal. He's like think about this. How are you? You're you're based on $6 million off of a situation you don't know. And I mean he right, shout out to Joe. He's like a situation that you don't know. He's like you don't, you don't know what's going on there. Like you don't, you do know that Cincinnati does have no more pick and they're going to take Joe Burrow, so you're going to have a chance to have a coach that's going to be around and get a chance to really develop. So I think that was like that was really cool. And you know, joby did his job and taught me how to it was.

Speaker 2:

And look, that's the type of stuff.

Speaker 1:

Spans want you to walk away from $6 million at the end of your deal. Right, Because they like take a home call. Discount like $6 million man.

Speaker 2:

Right, right, right, yeah. So Denver, denver had offered you $6 million more than Cincinnati did.

Speaker 1:

No, no and Cincinnati has a total. I think Denver was at 12, cincinnati's at like 13 to five a year. Got you Totally, it was $6 million at the end of the four years. I see, gotcha, it's like that's real money. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, that's not like something to just wink at and people think that that's an easy that makes it an easier decision because they're oh, I'm home, I'm listening to. Like yeah, I'm sure everybody be okay. Like bro, I'll go over to make action three mil after taxes and then buy back out to the house after that.

Speaker 2:

Like no, yeah, that's significant, brad, that's significant, significant cheddar. I mean you look in hindsight, from a competitive standpoint, it definitely was the right decision. So shout out to your, your agent, and shout out to you making a quick, snappy decision. Shout out to smoking Joe Baldwin and living up to the expectation Ball, my guy. So big, ball, big ball.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, your experience in your experience of free agency is different than mine, man.

Speaker 2:

You know, when you're a second to third wave kind of guy, you kind of got some time to figure it out.

Speaker 2:

You know you figure out like by the end of the, by the time they get to guys like me, the rosters are almost filled out. You know the big money guys have been placed. So now you're looking like, okay, it's opportunities, whereas the best opportunity to get on the field to play, to prove, you know, especially on one turn, one year deals, you know this is an opportunity to prove the worth to then enter back into free agency the next season to be able to sign a multi year, bigger deal, so and to move up the ranks and you know the to be one of the first way or the second wave guy. So it's, it's fascinating to me just hearing your experience and how different you know it is than mine, because you're getting called on the first day versus in my experiences through free agency. You know it took it took a few weeks. It wasn't till, you know you starting to get closer to to the draft and in some cases yeah.

Speaker 1:

I think it's and it's crazy. There's so many different and there's also, like I don't know if you ever heard, there's like this tampering period, I guess like right before. So guys I think have an idea of like who's interested in those guys. First wave to guys, but there's also that interesting wave of guys who, like older vets who signed like right before camp but still get like a big chunk of money Right. He's always like very interested in me because it's like where was that chunk of money for All the other guys, like everybody else, like I don't, I don't know exactly how the cap works. That's always like super interesting to me.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, no, it's definitely. It's definitely a game, man, it's a game, a game to be played. You're about to step back into that game, so hopefully it all works out In your, in your favor, I'm sure it will.

Speaker 1:

Man, we hope so. Man, hey, we'll be blessed with opportunities somewhere, bro, god willing, god willing, god willing, hey, I guess you pick up there, bro.

Speaker 2:

Shit man. Yeah, come on, it's BGD's package deal these are a little Remember.

Speaker 1:

Guys used to pull it off in college, bro. That was like. That was like a big thing in college that the Greensboro boys first of all. That. I don't know if all of them. You can say those are packs deal bro everybody.

Speaker 2:

Keenan Allen, maurice Harris, zack Maynard, chris McCain, gabriel King, all all from the same neighborhood.

Speaker 1:

All those guys was the league but two. So you can't really say like it was a Because and Gabe was a four star, like he was already, like it wasn't, like oh, you got to bring my homie. Like you know, I'm saying it was more so like we all coming together. I've seen some guys who should not have been playing Division one football there Because their homeboy is like Exceptions.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, some exceptions being made, yeah, no, that's a fact.

Speaker 1:

That's, you line up for summer workouts, like, and then you a, you see, you see brother or homeboy or whoever, and what are you doing either? Ah, yeah, they would say my school play in the same time.

Speaker 2:

That makes sense but sometimes package deals also happen, where dudes might be packaged up with Some donor money yeah, that daddy might have donated. So a good little check to the university. So Son, who doesn't really deserve to be in the locker room, ends up in the locker room. But he's over there, isn't?

Speaker 1:

that I always don't understand those kids. Why do you need a scholarship? Like they're dead, giving more money that he would give. He'd give it more money than that work. Then he would just give paying for school. Like it's crazy.

Speaker 2:

like, come on, bro, it's crazy work pops of paying for the jersey on his back. That's what's going on? Paying on the jersey on his back? Um, shoot man. We got some cultural moments, let's go. We got some cultural moments. Beyonce is Due to drop a country album this year and she's dropped a single to this point. She's actually the first black woman in history to debut at number one on the billboards hot country songs chart, which was news to me Because I don't follow the hot country songs chart but shout out to Beyonce breaking records and Folks just bobbing they head to some Beyonce, hey man shout out to Beyonce man, Queen be be clean be.

Speaker 1:

Man shout out to her she's been Doing it. I bet you that's good man. I gotta go listen to this. You know she's even she from Texas country girl that the fit she worked at the Grammys. I was feeling her. I was feeling that, like that country, real country vibe I was. I liked that that was. So I'm glad she's doing it, bro. She's so versatile and you know she one of our queens out here, so Anything she touch really gonna be gold. I don't. I don't see Beyonce ever dropping a bad, bad project, so I'm gonna check it out.

Speaker 2:

I'll definitely check it out too. We ended our last show talking country. Crazy enough exactly man courtesy of the red, white and blue.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, man. And now that she's out here doing country, she can serve us all proud man and hit all the genres. We just see Beyonce do R&B, gospel, hip-hop. She's a country now. I'm sure she got EDM somewhere upper sleeve somewhere out there. Man, she's just stomping on all the genres. Bros, she really about she, somebody you gotta do something for. We gotta do something. We gotta get her a Grammy Best album of the year.

Speaker 2:

Just saw she need the best album of the year. Yeah, my ship was just cutting out for a second so I missed a little bit of that, but uh, she drops that house music she dropped.

Speaker 1:

That, would you say. I was just giving praise to the queen, that's it bro.

Speaker 2:

She dropped that house music album right after Drake dropped his. We had that wave of oh yeah, aren't hip-hop and R&B folks? He was in the house crazy. I never. I never even listened to it, which is crazy. There's a few Beyonce albums that I haven't listened to. I consider myself a Beyonce fan, but I'm not in the beehive. I'm be honest. I'm not a beehive guy. I really like her early stuff. Her early stuff was great. You know, when she's on the cover with the shiny silver outfit and her hands is up like this, I Think that's dangerously in love, whichever one me myself and I is on.

Speaker 1:

I don't think you got to be a part of the beehive or just to respect greatness you do. I think. I don't think anybody's giving you a hard time by not listening to all the albums. You're straight.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, would you say. You're a beehive man.

Speaker 1:

No, I don't think that there are many like Males that should be going as hard to say that I'm in the beehive, but I'm a fan, I'm a big fan. I wouldn't say beehive, though I'm not leaving the the bees, other people's comments and stuff like that. Let's shout out be all a want no smoke. Shout out be all we want no smoking. The show Shout out to the beehive, you know.

Speaker 2:

How'd you feel about Jay Z's speech at the Grammy at?

Speaker 1:

the Grand Bust. I thought it was dope, it was appropriate Jay Z man, it was him being him. I thought that was, like you know, a classy moment Before that. He had his daughter up there with him and I think it takes a lot to stay in the room like that and a bunch of peers and also be like a Voter, you know saying on these things, and just give an honest opinion about Whatever. So I think that's always like, really, really.

Speaker 2:

I thought that was really cool, yeah, I thought it was good.

Speaker 2:

I thought it was good. I I think Jay Z's just a smooth guy and he come, came off in that moment like he was, and he mentioned that he's nervous. He's sorry when I get nervous, I tell the truth, but I actually don't think Jay Z was nervous at all in that moment. Like maybe there was like some butter, some butterflies, but I think he had he had a script or if he didn't have a script, he knew what he was gonna say and he knew how it was gonna come off. You know, he kind of like had his points that he was gonna hit. You know, some of you are gonna what he say, some of you are Somebody's gonna feel like you get some of you gonna feel like you got Rob.

Speaker 2:

Some of you are actually get Rob and some of you guys don't deserve to be in the category. Like it was just so smooth how it came off and it's funny that he mentioned that he was nervous. So he tells the truth and it was just like it was just so poetic, man.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, bro, it was really good and it was like I think something about it Is tough when you have your child beside you, like that's, that's a different than him just being up there by itself. You know, I'm saying like you got some kid up there beside you and they see, like he says he just as nervous as he is, and she just up there accepting the ward stand. And then you know, you know, I don't know if you know your dad's no go off in this political speech, but then you see she's still got to sit up there with a straight face. But you know, I'm saying like it's one of those things and I feel like as a Me, being a parent is man. That's a tough thing to do in that moment. It's really cool that he was able to be that honest and Be that up front. I'm sure, honestly, bro, I'm sure still speaking from his daughter at any times is Even who he is sometimes still gets him in that mode.

Speaker 1:

You know I'm saying you think so, yeah, I mean why you every parent has that like that type of moment. You want to be extra repaired and those type of things, because you have somebody who you deeply care about is watching. You know what I'm saying, not only like someone you care about like a flesh of a flesh of bloody or blood, and they're there beside it, and the moment where they're there beside you, that definitely would have been a little nervous.

Speaker 2:

Right, because you really want to perform well for them, For sure. Wow, I didn't look at it from that perspective. That's yeah, that's interesting, that's cool.

Speaker 1:

Well, also not embarrassing. I'm like you also want to. You know what I'm saying. You want to do a good job and not embarrassing at the same time. So it's like teetering the line.

Speaker 2:

So, Spoking like a true dad.

Speaker 1:

Amen, I do what I can man Dropping there.

Speaker 2:

You see that gray little wisdom little wisdom, Spoking like a true father who would win in a fight Swifties, Beehive or the Barbz? The Barbz exist still. Are they still here?

Speaker 1:

Again. Shout out to y'all I don't want no smoke.

Speaker 2:

Is that in the pocket? I know the Swifties out here is strong, that's what I'm saying.

Speaker 1:

they bro shout out to all your groups they out here, growing, growing the game.

Speaker 2:

The Swifties out here growing the game, but I don't know about the Barbz. I don't know where the Barbz are.

Speaker 1:

I don't disrespect them like that, man, leave them alone. They out here. Hey, the Barbz out here doing they thing they fan it for Nicky bro, I don't know. Ah, man, there's more Swifties. Yeah, that's what I'm saying.

Speaker 2:

But the.

Speaker 1:

Beehive's gonna go hard, hard, right, gonna go hard the Barbz, but the Barbz got some crazy people in there. There's some, there's some throw it all people in the Barbz. So that's the tough one.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, what coach OB used to say. He said this game of football it's not for the well adjusted, it's kind of like the Barbz.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, these Barbz, these Barbz out here the most well adjusted I don't know if y'all remember back in the day when Nicky used to be, I used to be like, ooh, she is saying some stuff and the people I loved it. She's got Barbz, but Nicky obviously a little throwed and got.

Speaker 2:

I think it's the Barbz man.

Speaker 1:

A lot of them too. It's still a lot of throw people in that Barbz category, Like. I know one of them I'm personally friends with the Barbz and she's Nicky can do no wrong. That's the crazy part. That's the scary part about it. I watch Nicky do whatever Nicky does on the internet Cause again, guys, I want no smoke, but then they none of it's ever been wrong to them, it's always. They shouldn't have been messing with Nicky and I'm like, oh, y'all are delusional, but it's cool.

Speaker 2:

So do you think that that girl who beat you up in elementary school, who's now a professional fighter, do you think she's a Barb?

Speaker 1:

Funny story man Shout out to her they got a warrant out for her. She's a. I'm essentially she's what.

Speaker 2:

She's what.

Speaker 1:

First of all, that girl didn't beat me and anybody out there watching. She didn't win. I'm not gonna talk about beating on feet. I don't put my hands on females. Those are allegations. I don't even know what he's talking about Elementary school man.

Speaker 2:

Girls matured faster than boys.

Speaker 1:

He was bigger than you, I bet, if we're talking about what happened since grace, you tried, being at the show, show her who I was and you used your imagination for what happened, right, but now she's a professional fighter. Essentially she's on the baddies show, she's a professional fighter, but she's got a, she's got something going, man. So shout out to her man, free my girl if y'all catch her. If y'all don't, hey man, stay up, keep running.

Speaker 2:

Hey, keep running, keep going, keep going, don't stop. Don't use your cell phone Keep changing your ear, always to do your little oh hey.

Speaker 1:

the funniest part is the police report said. It said do not approach. It's considered highly skilled at hand to hand combat. Wow, bro, 5, 7, 270 dog you.

Speaker 2:

your scuffle with her in sixth grade actually went on to determine her career, her craft. She built her craft.

Speaker 1:

She was well on her way before me, yeah.

Speaker 2:

She was on her way before me, bro, whatever happened, solidified it.

Speaker 1:

I was just wanting to find out and I was probably one of the only losses ever. I can't imagine too many people, Bro. You just read the hieroglyphs. I just told you 5, 7, 270. That's what the seven of them report.

Speaker 2:

That's what the seven of them do. 70. 270, boh Brother video. You show me she was moving. She's got hands.

Speaker 1:

It's like a hey, it's like a guard in there. Dog, hey, that's what I'm saying. She get these girls in a close room and it's over for her. Oh God, hey, it's over. Yeah, the thing is bro, and it's like poking the bear. You know, everybody got jokes. Wanna have jokes, wanna, seven of them jokes in her whole life. You're not boving her. She can't wait. Keep joking, laughing. She save her energy.

Speaker 2:

She's gonna pounce on your ass like a bear, sheesh hey, man, they gotta be careful while you're chasing her man Trying to get her, they gotta be careful.

Speaker 1:

They said if you are not a professional, do not try.

Speaker 2:

Do not try call 911.

Speaker 1:

Leave it alone, cuz don't be worried about it, sheesh.

Speaker 2:

Well, good luck.

Speaker 1:

I don't need no luck. She ain't coming looking for me.

Speaker 2:

Nah, that was just a. That was just a, oh you saying good luck to her. Well, I ain't gonna say I said good luck to her cuz you know what I mean. I'm just good luck to whoever, whatever parties are involved, whether you are looking for her or whether you running. Best of luck to y'all.

Speaker 1:

Please, I hope I'm not taking sides here. I'm not taking sides, don't look for her.

Speaker 2:

That's the problems I don't need. I'm not taking those sides.

Speaker 1:

Don't look for her. Leave her where she's at, don't look. It's just.

Speaker 2:

It's better for your safety and everybody's safety around to just leave it at bay and Dee Chas the Bumps and Bruises to prove it. No, Bumps and Bruises. There's a change in potential Stingray science theory Because there was a female Stingray who's been alone for two years in her tank with some sharks. She was only Stingray, multiple sharks in the tank, two male sharks and she's now pregnant. So the question is do we have a shark ray on our hands or is this an immaculate conception?

Speaker 1:

What was the name Mary? My name is Jesus.

Speaker 2:

Does that mean? Does that mean or she's about to have Jesus?

Speaker 1:

Jesus Ray like Stingray Jesus not Ray Allen, Jesus Shuttlesworth. Or two sharks. One Mary, what Two sharks. One Stingray, what? Never mind.

Speaker 2:

Are you going? Two girls, one cup.

Speaker 1:

No, is that the?

Speaker 2:

direction you're going.

Speaker 1:

No, bro, I just what's those things? You catch tickets for A side show, mm-mm, yeah, some type of show. Ha ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha ha. Some type of show, bro. It's crazy. But I mean, I don't know.

Speaker 2:

Sharks is taking turns. That's what you saying sharks is taking turns.

Speaker 1:

Hey, man, sharks is getting aggressive, she's competing. She's the only female living there for a long time. Sharks is like man, hey.

Speaker 2:

They had camp eyes.

Speaker 1:

So hey, sharks is like let's see if this works man.

Speaker 2:

She actually don't look that bad.

Speaker 1:

Now one of the sharks pissed cause she told him she was on the peel that was going to work, Damn girl.

Speaker 2:

You pulled the goalie on me, didn't tell me you were communicating with him, said no way this could work.

Speaker 1:

I promised you it would all happen. They said it's science class. Ha ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha ha ha ha ha, ha ha. And now we gotta go on more.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, my shark family's going to be disgusted. They're gonna be disgusted. I'm bringing this thing right home, damn Damn. Ha ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha ha. Oh man, wow, yeah, that's it. That's fascinating. I'm looking forward to seeing what happened. What happened was that I bet you it's something like super, super, just like dumb. It's just like somebody removed this thing right for some time to like made it, and then put it back and then tell nobody, or Ha ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha ha, or it would be crazy. What would be crazy is if we just find out that, like Stingrays actually don't mate or they don't have to mate. That would be cool.

Speaker 1:

I think there's like a rare percentage of something like that. I think that is what they're saying. That could be like a very one-off thing.

Speaker 2:

It's what they're trying to tell us, or it'd be like something where, like the last Stingray that was in there somehow like left some sperm in the water and then at some point it like impregnated the female Stingray.

Speaker 1:

I thought you were talking about it Like in there, the last Stingray that was in there. No, no, no, no.

Speaker 2:

No, like it was like the little sperm, it just float around for a while.

Speaker 1:

I didn't take a minute to lay it.

Speaker 2:

The little sperm was floating, was swimming in there for a while and then impregnated the Stingray.

Speaker 2:

So interesting I just learned, though eels they have, it's a mystery on how they mate and are born. How they reproduce is a mystery to us, because we've never seen eels mate before. Because they mate at such low, such deep depths of the ocean. We don't know how it happened. Are we sure? Yeah, it's like, I think, I think, or maybe it's also. We've never seen an eel born before. Some nuts like that. That's pretty crazy. Yeah, there's a lot we don't know about the ocean then.

Speaker 1:

There is. That's why I don't understand why people would be playing with it so much. Paulus.

Speaker 2:

We have a question to wrap us up here, deige. Ok, three classic movies. Classic films. You got to get rid of one. Remember the Titans Space Jam, coach Carter, one's got to go. Which one is it?

Speaker 1:

Remember the Titans.

Speaker 2:

Can we Caroline? Can we end this, Carl? We should just end this. We should just be done. That was the wrong answer, bro. Look, look, look. That was the wrong answer.

Speaker 1:

Look, man, feel about Remember the Titans, like how I feel about Batman. I love Batman, but all you got is a bunch of cool damn gadgets. I love Remember the Titans, the movie, but the whole town was racist until like three games to the season they seemed to be about to fucking win. And then they wanted to fuck with us. And I'm not like the biggest fan of it. Like you don't just become my brother because he started being a little nice to me after he was being full on racist. But you, you were being full on racist, like you weren't. You weren't being a little racist, you were being a whole lot of racist. And now you just turned a little nice and I'm supposed to just like accept this shit. They can don't understand.

Speaker 1:

It's cool, great movie, good message, dude, amazing message. But again, the only friend I would have on that team after the end of season, when the fat white dude who was full was at the beginning of the sunshine, other than that, the rest of them dudes didn't even want to come to practice as I was out there. And now we went to the damn games. We went to fucking games this week. Now it's all good, everything's straight, it's all right for each other now, ha, yeah, all right. It's a great movie though, man, but like and coach and the coach, the coach didn't even see him racist. The head coach was. It was all the players in the whole town. That's tough stuff. Tough on me, man.

Speaker 2:

Bro, that's the hottest take on. Remember the Titans. I've ever heard that the town only became unracist because we were winning. The Titans was ballin.

Speaker 1:

They was on our ass when we lost one game at the beginning because we couldn't get our shit together. It was hard. They were hairless. A powerful ball man Wow.

Speaker 2:

That. That's crazy. I almost. That's such a hot take. I can't. I can't fault you. I really was faulting you at the beginning when you said that. But Makes sense, man, that's actually. That's actually one of my favorite movies. It's a great movie, dude. It's amazing. I'm gonna watch it differently now. Thank you, I'm now just watching the term with a more critical eye. I will watch with a more critical eye. My Herman boom man. Did that dude inspire me to play some football? What yeah?

Speaker 1:

dude, it's quotable. It's a mate bro. It's an amazing movie. Like it's quotable, it's got everything for days. That's the only part, that's never push on a line.

Speaker 2:

You blow right past them. Push them do something and every time you don't you leave one of us hanging out to drive.

Speaker 1:

Me in particular. Hey, bro, it's a great man in a. My boy P, he was gonna have to let a mile for everything. Yeah, it's football fun, sir. It's a good movie man. He wrote fun a. It's a great movie, bro, it's just a little.

Speaker 2:

I'm getting ready, coach Carter. If it was up to me, I'm getting ready to coach Carter.

Speaker 1:

Man, that's crazy being from the West Coast and saying coach Carter's like insane but you ready coach Rich. What Rich man, rich, what Rich man. Coach Carter had one of the greatest basketball athletes I on top, todd Crane. Todd Crane was on the team on the other team going stupid. What coach Carter? He made that boy through a million push-ups suicide and Hit a million threes to get back on the team.

Speaker 2:

It's a good movie. It's a good movie Crews. I like crews. Deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, is that we're powerful beyond measure. You can't take them in there with the little T-shirt sleeve do rag the whole time. Bro, that's what I'm saying. You're talking about that movie, but I can't get real. Remember the Titans. And I can't get rid of space jam, space jam. I Mean you were talking on and pre-production, that you broke the tape on space. Yeah, I watched that movie so many times as it came.

Speaker 1:

I said we were so many times Caroline was trying to get rid of this.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's that's, that's, that's, that is a non negotiable. Yeah, I can almost Play space jam in my mind without the move. Like I can watch them over my eyes and watch the movie from the beginning, when the when they start with the highlights Of the battle, the different basketball, and then it's the kid and it's real life with Jordan as a kid. He takes the layup and his pops ask him to hey, come inside. He said no pops One more he goes to the basket puts it up, and then it's MJ highlights.

Speaker 2:

Oh man, you can't start a movie any better than that.

Speaker 1:

It's the best, bro. My favorite part is when I was thinking the house and the little kid he tried to help about With the sneakers.

Speaker 2:

That's the power of placebo, before we even know what a placebo was.

Speaker 1:

Hey Me, juice stuff had me want some secret stuff. I need it, god you know, like you know my dad used to have to like Tag me in for me to wake up when I was a kid like Tag team match. It was like that kid like now down. He's like wake up. I'm like not that you gotta tag me in hold on what say that again. You know I like to tag team. That's a WWE. Yeah, I used to make my dad tag me before I wake up out of bed.

Speaker 2:

You got me in, bro. That is funny, bro, that is hilarious. Oh, that's good, that's good, tag me in.

Speaker 1:

Tell me. And now my son watches Friday man with before spider-man mask off. So that's what I get, yeah yeah, that's gems.

Speaker 2:

Right there, that is gems, deej. It is a pleasure, week after week, to be chopping it up with you, man.

Speaker 1:

There's always man you as well, brother. I love seeing your face every week, getting a chance to see you, seeing that seed just on the other side of my screen for an old hour, it's amazing. You know, I just love to chat and I'm glad we're back on a weekly schedule, bro, because I was getting bored. When I was hurting I wasn't seeing you, he was traveling and shit. He was busy, so I'm glad we back.

Speaker 2:

Hell yeah, we're gonna keep fucking doing it and we got a. Really, we got to keep tabs on this, this stingray Situation that.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, we gotta see what's going on.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, we got a chronicle out, one for the people out there.

Speaker 1:

We got to take some polls on online and see what people think it is. Yeah, whether it's our producers theory or if it's our theory immaculate conception shark, ray or two on one.

Speaker 2:

I guess shark way to a one, I got the same thing, or there was leftover sperm in there.

Speaker 1:

Yeah. From the last thing, right she just typed in asexual reproduction. I don't know, I Don't know if I believe that. I feel like that maybe some size made up. Just they can say that the shark didn't have big with a string. Who? We how we know who's gonna do the theory if they do say that they throw something out there like that, like you.

Speaker 2:

This is the problem. I'll save it, we'll save it. We'll save by All right, everybody appreciate y'all. Tune in for the next one, dgmb. Join your FM dial we out peace.
